Priorities of shopping centre customers – our survey results

Our second consumer survey has been designed to deliver insights that will help shopping centre management and marketing teams better focus their activities and budgets. The survey aims to reveal which issues really matter to the public – from tenant mix to toilets; marketing campaigns to events.

A total of 709 customers took part in the survey with 90 centres being represented mainly based in England. This has enabled us to compare regional differences and different sizes of centre against an overall benchmark.
