Stockley Park, a thriving business estate in Uxbridge, is home to over 20 companies. To foster a sense of community among employees and celebrate the festive season, we designed an immersive event filled with food, entertainment, and interactive activities.
The event needed to be hosted outdoors, accommodating attendees over a two-hour period. Additionally, content creation was a key goal to showcase Stockley Park as a vibrant and dynamic location for prospective business occupiers.
We worked collaboratively with the Stockley Park team, developing a “Festive Fair” event concept which incorporated a varied host of entertainment including bauble decorating and gingerbread decorating workshops, festive fair games, giveaways, a themed DJ truck, roaming characters, giant themed props and selfie stations. We also organised a number of street food vendors who served a variety of sweet and savoury dishes as well as mulled wine and mince pies.
To build excitement, we also developed bespoke Festive Fair branding and signage, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing atmosphere leading up to and during the event.
The Festive Fair was a resounding success, drawing a high turnout of attendees who enjoyed socialising and engaging in the various activities.
An on-site photographer documented the energy and excitement through a mix of stunning photos and videos, which were later leveraged across social media and digital marketing platforms to enhance Stockley Park’s visibility.
Post-event feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and as a testament to the success of the Festive Fair, AL was commissioned as an ongoing event partner for Stockley Park.
