To create an engaging, memorable business plan that will be shared with levy payers, that explains what has been achieved over the last five years by the BID and AL Marketing. This includes the delivery of a diverse, comprehensive, and award-winning programme of activity to help revitalise and regenerate Romford including recent events like Chinese New Year and Eastern European festivities, which have driven different communities to the town.
