To alter perceptions of Woking town centre as a vibrant and enjoyable place to shop, dine and enjoy leisure time. To manage the communication about changes to the scheme during a disruptive construction period.
In a productive partnership with local stakeholders, we revisited and refreshed the brand messaging to deliver a consistent, decluttered creative style, together with exciting experiential interventions that appeal to and engage the Woking community. The approach gave a clarity of focus to the brand which worked across all media platforms.
Sales have remained positive despite major construction taking place across the town. Experiential activities have registered increased footfall and gained positive PR exposure.
