Our third consumer survey provides valuable insights to help shopping centre management and marketing teams better focus their activities and budgets. The survey sheds light on shoppers’ real festive shopping habits, including when they plan to shop, what they’re spending more or less money on compared to last year, and what they expect from their local shopping centre this Christmas season.

With participation from 833 customers across 40 centres in England, we were able to analyse regional and centre size variations, as well as differences in shopping habits based on age and gender.
