OBJECTIVE

Working with the landlord team to deliver a new vision for one of Edinburgh’s most iconic locations, through an extensive and locally sensitive redevelopment.

METHOD

Integrating the centre into Edinburgh’s vibrant cultural scene, through regular music events and tactical activations that compliment city-wide or national celebrations and revisiting brand communications.

OUTCOME

Footfall continues to show positive growth year on year and we’ve achieved a 21% increase in social media followers (Jan 2018 – August 2019). Despite a challenging budget for an international city, the AL Marketing team has delivered strong digital results and built positive civic, media and cultural relationships from which Waverley Mall will continue to benefit.
