An incredibly lifelike animatronic polar bear made a visit to Vicar Lane to make appearances throughout the day in the run-up to Christmas.
The polar bear attracted crowds of people throughout the day who were intrigued by the character’s appearance in the heart of Chesterfield and influenced an 8.2% increase in footfall YOY.
