Objective

With the anticipation that customers will be eager to discover all the wonders of Christmas again this year, we advised our clients to create fully interactive experiences that could be enjoyed with family and friends. This would create a magical atmosphere at centres which would encourage shoppers to visit and boost footfall and sales.

Method

We planned and tailored experiences to each individual centre, working with key suppliers to deliver and install them in time for the festive season. Some centres focused on keeping to the traditions of Christmas with magical grottos, writing letters to Father Christmas, Christmas markets and ice rinks. Others wanted something more innovative that would stand out from the norm, such as pedal powered installations, festive mini golf and enchanted selfie opportunities.

Outcome

Our clients have received positive feedback from tenants and customers and have seen uplifts in footfall and sales. Shoppers were delighted to be able to experience the magic of Christmas once again.
