OBJECTIVE

To launch the new development as the heart of Addlestone and in doing so, to raise the profile of Addlestone as a whole.

METHOD

Working closely with key stakeholders we developed a communications strategy, brand image and tone of voice to communicate the lifestyle on offer at Addlestone One. Despite the development taking shape through a difficult leasing market, the team has persevered to deliver the brand and generate positive PR for the town.

OUTCOME

As the development reaches full trading capacity, the team are supporting new retail and leisure tenants and planning a first full Christmas programme for this classic mixed use scheme as it changes the perceptions of Addlestone in the wider catchment.
