OBJECTIVE

To recalibrate the strategic direction and positioning of the Welwyn Garden City BID and create clearer messages for their local audience and stakeholders.

METHOD

AL Marketing hosted a strategic workshop with BID members and stake-holders, prior to brand development. This involved our unique place-making brand review process, which led to the creation of an entire new brand identity celebrating the town.

OUTCOME

The brand has now been rolled out consistently across the town and been taken up by associated stakeholders. We continue to work with the BID in the further deployment of the brand across the town’s ongoing marketing activities.
